Athletes often take whey protein which could affect erection capability

Edwin Huxley - Wednesday 17.03.10, 13:32pm

For many years whey protein has been used by athletes to speed up recovery, build muscles and improve their immune systems. These supplements are made from cow’s milk, which is purified into protein and provides the athlete with whey protein isolate. This is a by-product of cheese. This supplement is very low in lactose and cholesterol, and only contains a trace of fat. It has been demonstrated to be effective in speeding up recovery after intensive exercise and helpful in building strong and lean physiques.

Whey protein is preferred by many athletes because it works faster than many of the carbohydrates based products available. Technically speaking, it is the higher level of amino acids in whey protein isolate that gives this boost to recovery time.

Excess use of whey protein has occasionally been known to cause some side effects, so its use should be somewhat restricted.  Liver problems are a rare side effect but have been noted in heavy users of this supplement. However, a much more common side effect suffered by athletes taking whey protein on a regular basis is erectile dysfunction.  This can be rectified quickly and easily with Levitra, which will discreetly eliminate the problem.

Normal doses of whey protein are around 25g per day for athletes and should present no major problems but body builders often use up to six times that amount. This is the level at which liver problems can arise, so care needs to be taken. Whey protein is also taken by people on diets and those attempting to balance their blood sugar levels and there is a possibility that it might be of help to people with diabetes, so it is not all bad when it comes to the health front, and may turn out to have positive benefits for many people.

This sort of things are common in a third world country. Their governments think thay can steal all their country’s money without it showing up elsewhere.
